What we have to offer:-
We are Solar Powered - therefore we can be wherever you want us to be as long as we can park the caravan.
This could be at the beach, in the bush, on the farm or just in your back yard.

WHERE WE SERVICE
We are based in Omokoroa and as we are a Mobile Bar we are happy to come to you. Generally we service the Bay of Plenty area, but are happy to discuss the option of us going beyond this with you and can provide you with a quote.
Please let us know the address of your function when making a booking enquiry.
OUR SERVICE
Bar Service, setup, pack down and clean up. We will set up an hour before your event starts to ensure we are ready as soon as you are. It will also take us an hour to pack away after the event. This will be included in the quote.
We will take away all bar rubbish: empty bottles, coffee cups, etc.
WHAT YOU PROVIDE
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for service (your drinks will need to be pre-chilled before we arrive).
You will also need to provide us with easy access to 6.0 metre x 3.0 metre flat hard ground to park HUB Espresso Bar caravan for your function.
WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER
Glasses:- Glasses available. We have Wine Glasses, Stemless Wine Glasses, Champagne Flutes and Highball Glasses (100 of each). Extra glassware is available if required.
Glass Water Dispensers:- Up to three water dispensers.
Punch Bowl:- 10L Punch Bowl and can mix you up our famous HUB Punch - $60 per 8L includes ingredients and fresh fruit garnishes.
Crown Lynn Crockery:- 100 different retro dinner plates along with 50 side plates and 50 bowls - just to add that unique touch to your special day.
Kegerator:- We have on board a two tap kegerator so you can have a 25L or 50L keg. Either beer or cider or we can mix up your favourite mocktails in 2 x 19L kegs eg. Mojito, Margarita, Pina Colada (price to be advised).
We also have a third tap if you are wanting another keg (19, 25 or 50 litres).
Fridges:- There are three fridges on board as well as the kegerator (above).
Espresso Machine:- Fracino 3 Group Espresso Machine and our staff are trained Baristas. We offer Havana Coffee and a variety of Teas.
Various Different Display Props:- When booking please discuss with us if you would like any special props etc. We can supply for example retro suitcases, retro teaspoons, standard retro lamps, decanters, small trestle table for a small fee.
Sound System:- We have an awesome sound system where you can play your favourite songs off your phone or if you like the retro feel bring along some vinyl and we will play it for you.
Wedding Car Props:- 1962 VW Kombi (Silver & White) and 1965 Mk1 Cortina Sedan (Sea Foam Blue).

SOLAR POWERED CARAVAN BAR PRICES
SERVICE
Below we have outlined our standard rates, however we understand each event can be very different so most bookings are organised on a quote basis. The caravan will always have at least one HUB staff member on board as we do not hire just the caravan alone.
FULL SERVICE CARAVAN BAR (B.O.P. AREA)
Included in the price for full service:-
Two Bar Staff. Our staff will serve and clear away.
Glassware included.
Fruit infused cold water dispenser.
Fridges to keep your drinks cool and a freezer for ice (ice supplied).
Bar Stools x 5.
White Gazebo 3x3 metres if needed (weather dependent).
4 hour service - $1,090.00 excl. GST
6 hour service - $1,390.00 excl. GST
8 hour service - $1,750.00 excl. GST
All our prices include set up and pack down allowing an hour either side of service (eg. 4 hr service = approx 6 hrs on site).

HUB ESPRESSO BAR
We offer the coffee and tea service as an add on to our bar service packages at no extra site cost.
You can hire HUB Espresso Bar just for coffee and tea at your event and there will be a one-off site fee of $220.
COFFEE & TEA SERVICE
Qualified Barista(s).
High quality espresso machine.
Havana coffee.
Eco-friendly coffee cups and lids.
Variety of teas and cold drinks.
Setup and pack down.
It works just like any other tab; you tell us how much you want to spend and we provide fresh espresso coffee to your guests until it runs out.
The minimum spend is $300 which can be spent on any of our drinks over two hours.
MORNING BREW PACKAGE
For the morning after your big event. Coffee, Tea, Breakfast.. can be provided.
We are happy to discuss options and prepare a package to suit your needs.
CORPORATE BOOKINGS
We will work with you to find the best package to suit your event. Please contact us to discuss further.
TERMS
Additional bar staff - $50/hr (for events over 100 people we will require a third bar staff member).
A fee of $250 per hour over and above the agreed hire time.
Additional travel, time and fuel (outside 20km radius of Omokoroa) $2.00/km each way (overnight charges may apply depending on the distance).
Bond required: a non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure a booking. Please note that due to a high demand for HUB Espresso Bar should you cancel your booking within 30 days or less of the booked date, no refund will be given.
We can go to most locations, however you are required to seek permission from the venue or land owners & obtain any relevant council permissions or permits. All licences required by your venue must be obtained by you.
Please note that if your numbers on the night are significantly higher than what was originally quoted for, there will be an additional charge of $120 per hour that will be added to your final invoice.
All prices quoted are exclusive of GST.
